Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced. If the order is canceled in time, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service first to make sure you are sending the package to the correct address.

Notes

  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for the 14-day return.

  • If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The exact fee depends on the courier you choose.

  • If the goods are damaged or incorrect due to our fault, the consumer does not need to pay the shipping cost.

  • No restocking fee will be charged to the customer for returning a product.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
